Mine does that now and then, I find if you switch of the hub, then switch off the Sky Q box, then switch on the BT hub and wait for it to connect and turn blue, after that switch the Sky Q box back on, normally it will connect automatically, if not enter the wi-fi password again.
It's always on the Sky Q that does it, no other devices but it doesn't happen often so not too annoying.
