Slow wi-fi connection

Hi, I’ve just got my package activated today. It is full fibre 500. After running several tests I found out that speed to the smart hub2 is close to 500, but speed from hub to my phone (iPhone 11 pro) or laptop (MacBook M2 Max) is closer to 60. How can I change setting to get my speed closer to expected values. All tests are run 1 meter from the hub, so I don’t think it’s te connection problem and more smart hub settings problem. Thank you in advance

Just a quick one, make sure that you are using the same units!  For example 500Mbps is not that different to 60MBps (480Mbps).   Oh and try the Wi-Fi tests with at least 2m between your devices and the router!


I only learn by making mistakes and owning up to them - boy do I learn a lot!
