I have the smart hub 2 with the EE connector and 3 BT black discs around my house. I keep getting drop out on my wifi anyone got any tips or should I consider another modem or router?
If you're a Complete Wi-Fi customer and still having Wi-Fi issues, you can ask BT to arrange a home tech expert, they can visit your home in a 2 hour window and see if they can optimise the disc locations for better coverage.
