Hi, I can’t get the control wifi access to devices to work. I tried setting bed time start/end. I tried pause wifi access for 1,2 hrs etc but they all still have access to Internet. Anyone else has this issue? Have you found a solution? Thanks

Hi @MoE1
Thanks for coming to our community.
I'm sorry you are having trouble with this, has it worked previously?
Lesley
Hi, not sure but shouldn’t it work?
Yes of course @MoE1
I'm just trying to understand if this is something you have been able to use before and it's suddenly stopped working, or if it's something you've never been able to use.
Lesley
I just answered you. I am not sure if it worked previously or not but the option is there. Why it’s not working? shouldn’t it work when the option exists ?and to be honest in this day and age this option is very important& necessary when you have a house full of children to control and monitor/set their usage times.
You are completely wasting your time and effort, they will circumvent anything you try to do.
Parenting by technology doesn't work.
Hi, I’ve posted this before Amber am hoping if any other bt customers faced same and if so have they found a fix for it?
Basically, I’m trying to control wifi access times for my children’s on line times using my bt app but it’s not working. After setting up individual’s wifi time out & applying they continue to have wifi access. There’s another option to manually pause wifi access and that’s a joke too as it’s not working either. In this day and age with the most basic router you should be able to do this important task but not with bt SMART hub which this lack of basic functionality makes it a very Not-so-smart hub. If anyone has encountered similar and found a solution i really appreciate your help thanks
Hi @MoE1
Thanks for coming back to the community.
Is this something you've been able to discuss with our Broadband Team, and if so, what have they advised?
Speak soon,
Linzi
I got in touch a few times but at the end i gave up as it seems a time wasting process
