Sonos Beam Gen 2

So I've a Sonos set up, a set up that requires a 2.4ghz band to connect.. I figured it would be ok, since hub2 is dual, but for the life of me and can't get my app to pair.. i even tried disabling 5ghz until I connected, but even them.. just won't play ball.. has anybody else had this issue with BT and Sonos? Hate the idea of my £1000+ set up, being effected by a router.

Have you tried changing the 2.4GHz channel with the 5GHz turned off?  Others have reported some success with this.
