Sudden lose of connection

My hub's light signal has randomly turned orange and I lost connection to the Internet. After a few attempts of checking cables and restarting the hub, the light remained pink and kept on blinking. I believe there are no issues with the cables neither the hub. Any solutions?

Have you considered reporting the fault to BT?0330 1234 150

If the hub light is pink (purple?) and flashing, it means that that the cable (copper for FTTC, fibre for FTTP) has become disconnected or severed somewhere - more likely outside your house.
As licquorice suggests, you need to report this as a fault to BT. You can do this via the number shown or online at:
