For the past few months now, I have been getting terrible latency, packet drops and inconsistent speed. I have had a BT Engineer round who replaced my router (made no difference). An openreach engineer, who did a thorough job of checking the wiring etc but the issue still persists. And now in a loop of BT trying to send round a BT engineer again.
There are times when it does improve, but these seems to be becoming less frequent. Ping times are often above 500ms. Below are results from PingPlotter.
Any help would be much appreciated.
