Hi I’ve recently upgraded my broadband and am now paying £34 a month, I was expecting to receive a new box but I didn’t get one. The one I have is old and the signal is no better, I’ve tried all the tips anyone else had these problems?
if you simply upgraded your broadband package then you would only get a new hub if your existing hub was not fit for your new connection
can you post the stats from your router (if hub enter 192.168.1.254 in your browser) and if HH5 then go to troubleshooting then helpdesk and if HH6/SH2 then advanced settings then technical log information .
