VPN Pulse Secure won't connect through Smart Hub 2

Help! Trying to get my daughter's work computer to connect through a VPN using Pulse secure. Smart setup is turned off, Port Clamping is turned on and DMZ is turned on and the device has been selected. Pulse Secure just times out. BT tell me they can't help anymore. My daughter's company tell her they can't help. She can't do her work.

Have you tried asking Pulse Secure Support (0800 0517 136)
