Just received a smart hub plus and the wifi reception in my house does not match the performance of the smart hub 2. Do I need this new hub for the 900 mbps service or will my hub 2 suffice when new service is activated? Also digital voice does not work on hub plus for me.
Are you still with BT or have you moved to EE?
I think I'm with EE now as my bt account shows nothing yet EE shows all my details. I was migrated to EE but had problems with package then I was put on a new package which activates tomorrow. As I say the original hub I can use digital voice and get speeds up to 140 mbps in a bedroom but the new hub no digital voice and speed is 40 mbps. The speeds must be faithful because iplayer is alot more sluggish with the new hub in the bedroom.
Everything is connected correctly. The wifi performance is woeful on the hub plus compared to the hub 2 (which I haven't returned as yet because I may return the hub plus instead due to performance issues). When using the hub 2 digital voice works with the hub plus I get a voice saying the service cant be used or something like that. Anyway I can't use it with the hub plus.
