we run a business website, it appears that BT & EE servers have blocked this and they’re the only service provider that has done this.
can someone at BT get back to me urgently on the matter as this is hampering sales at a very important time of the year!

If the symptoms match then you will need to report it probably by calling BT customer services and explain the problem and refer them to these threads as it is unlikely, imho, that they will fully understand what is happening and why.
