Why does my android phone say not connected to the Internet when it is but my iPhone is?

Are you trying to connect your phone over WiFi or mobile data?

Which model of phone are you using?

Hi Michael D. Thank you for your reply.
I’m trying to connect over WiFi. I’m using Samsung Galaxy A12. My Network is saying Connection Failed, although WiFi is definitely On.

Have you tried to forget the WiFi network from the phone and then set it up again to see if that lets it connect?

Michael D. Thank you for all your help. The router has reset itself and everything is working fine again.
