help!
On my old Hub 6 I used Wi-Fi calling, no problem. It was (and still is enabled) on the mobile phone.
I have just tried to use it with the NEW smart hub 2 and it will not work. Does it have to be enabled somewhere?

Which mobile network?
Does your mobile otherwise connect to and use the WiFi from the SmartHub2 OK? (ie not using mobile data)
Have you tried restarting the phone? (As with anything electronic, that often solves a multitude o problems)
Have you tried disabling WiFi Calling on the phone, waiting a minute or so, and then re-enabling it?
I'm on EE and my wife is on O2. In both cases, WiFi Calling was already enabled by default on our accounts - so only our phones needed setting up.

I had tried everything else bar power cycling the phone! As an engineer I am embarrassed to say, I should have tried - we do it with all mains powered equipment, as you mentioned!
Yes it now works again.
