For the last three years. I’ve used the extending Wi-Fi discs connected to a LAN network throughout my house with no issues. This week all three discs have stopped working, I’ve reset them back to factory, reconnected them to the hub and set them back up, connected to the LAN and it worked yesterday. I’ve woken this morning and again it stopped working any ideas.
Just to be very clear as the title says, it has been working for the last three years.
Thanks in advance
Welcome to this user forum for BT Retail phone and broadband customers.
Try a factory reset of the home hub.

That is not the same as just a restart, as it clears the internal network routing table, which can fill up, especially if you have devices which are using randomised MAC addresses.
Thanks @Keith_Beddoe
Would you suggest factory resetting all the discs afterwards?
Not unless a factory reset of the home hub does not fix the problem
Thanks @Keith_Beddoe
I followed the reset instructions, and although the hub didn’t default back to factory settings it fixed the problem and increased the WiFi speed by 5mbps.
I think that the recessed reset button has to be pressed for at least 20 seconds. If you had not made any changes to the original configuration, then a factory reset would appear the same as a restart.
