Our home Wi-Fi has gone down for the last 2 days.
It is not showing on our network list on any device.
I have tried factory reset button, unplugged, turned off/on.
Router has a solid blue light.
Any suggestions on solutions very welcome!
What model router is it?

I would check to make sure that the WiFi has not been disabled in the SH, but since you say you have tried a factory reset that wold seem unlikely. Simplest option imho will be to call BT CS and report it as a faulty hub, they may replace it with a SH2 though.
Sorry for my lack of knowledge but what is SH?
