Did you try the factory reset of the BT Hub?
If you did and it made no difference, is the BT hub you are using a second hand one? If it is now you know why it was for sale, it is probably faulty.
Just to confirm. Are you actually paying for a BT Broadband connection and if you are why are you using a BT Business hub and not the normal BT hub that would be supplied free with the BT Broadband package.
I posted in Samsung forum and they suggested to try connecting through hotspot. I used hotspot and it got connected straight away.
Now I don’t know where the issue is. WiFi works perfectly with all other devices but not the TV.
TV gets connected to hotspot but not the WIFI.
Are there any settings that I am missing?
It appears to be brand new one.
Yes, I did factory rest and it made no difference.

What do you mean it appears to be a brand new one. Where did you get it?
Those BT people came and installed it. It had all the packaging of brand new one so I assume it is a new one.
My landlord is the one who got this installed.
Finally, managed to get it work.
logged into BT hub manager and opened Network for guests.
Tried guest network and it got connected.
thank you all for your help.
That is totally weird, but glad you got it sorted.
