Hi I have the Full Fibre 500 package and can't get my back gate cctv camera to connect to the wifi. I have tried moving the router but no joy can I get the wifi extender with my pacage for free ?
The wireless range of the SH2 is very restricted from my experience so a wired wireless point or repurposed router would be an option. Personally for cctv I would only ever use wired power over Ethernet.
