Re: WiFi asking me to sign into network - no devices will connect

If you are getting that error message the account is suspended due to none payment (or at least that's what BTs system is thinking)

After payment it can take between 4 and 24 hours to clear after this I would power off your HUB for 3 minutes and you should be back up and running

Failing that I would call them and make sure the restriction lifted
