WiFi security?

I have. BT Smarthub 2 modem/router but WiFi coverage does not cover my house. If I add a WiFi mesh system does the hub security still give my system protection or do I have to ensure there is security protection with the mesh system itself?

As long as you keep the password in order to join your network and keep the hubs firewall turned on, which it is by default, you will have the same security.
