Hi, started yesterday before then had no probelms, the setup i have is BT hub6 linked to Asus router this means I have 2 different wifi's Asus, & BT
Like most of these newish laptops they run on wifi, (had my one 3 yrs) since yesterday using wifi on either BT or Asus I can't connect to BT websites (inc this page) Ebay, Paypal, etc, lots of the other websites I normally go on load ok also cannot connect to BT email via outlook
Put an ethernet cable in (via usb) I can go on every site as normal as does outlook, switched off Eset internet protection still the same problem
so think something most have changed in BT router to block both wifi's but allow ethernet to work
I've got to an age where my brain doesn't work stuff out now, so be gentle on me

Hi @rustygoat
Thanks for coming to our community.
It is strange that this has started happening when it was previously working fine. I'd recommend speaking to our technical team so they can look into this.

flush the DNS cache in Windows, open Command Prompt as an administrator (search "cmd", right-click, Run as admin) and type ipconfig /flushdns, then press Enter to clear old DNS records and resolve connectivity issues. A success message confirms the cache is cleared, and you can then type exit to close the window.
then test by going to affected website
reset wifi adapter aswell
