Re: broadband failure

Have you tried a different charger? I really don't understand why your posting asking any ideas, if it's happening when a specific charger is used it'd point toward sit being the issue surely

Re: broadband failure

this is not a common problem and you would be lucky to find another using search.  what happens if you use charger in different room maybe different ring circuit

Re: broadband failure

Assuming you are on ADSL or VDSL ( FTTC ) , these systems can be susceptible to REIN and SHINE ( search the terms if required ) but basically it’s interference from ‘faulty’ electrical devices, things like cheap Chinese Christmas tree lights , central heating pumps , dodgy fluorescent lights etc., these things can , when  switching off and on emit ‘interference’ that can causes  ADSL / VDSL to lose sync , this means that  the broadband service has to reconnect, giving a break in service ( your hub flashing orange) there was a famous example where someone with an old TV knocked out an entire village’s   broadband every time that TV was switched on…..if it’s clear when you use this charger your broadband ‘fails’ , get a different charger.
