Re: connection to tv

I had (still have TBH ) an odd situation with my LG TV and router (not a SH3) the TV periodically would have no WiFi connectivity to the hub (not really an issue as the regularly used apps are accessed via a Firestick not the TV’s built in apps ) entering the WiFi credentials or the WPS method seemed OK on the TV , but connection was never confirmed and so the TV was never got to the point of being ‘on line’ …..restarting the hub cleared whatever glitch the TV had with the router and WiFi connectivity was restored, no other device apart from this TV had this problem, so difficult to say for sure if it is the TV or router that’s the issue .

Re: connection to tv

I have the SH3 and an LG TV not in same room and have not had a problem connecting TV to SH3 but I do not use the WPS.  I just go to TV settings then wireless then find SH3 SSID and then type in password - works perfectly

Re: connection to tv

I presume you have deleted all the WiFi configuration of your previous router from the TV. If not, I suggest you do so.

Re: connection to tv

Are you sure you are entering the WiFi password and not the admin password?

Do other devices connect ok?
