homehub 5 signal range

Hello, just been sent the new home hub 5 that I have to plug my phone into to use the VOIP service,

Previously used a TP link AC1200 and links unit to extend range across the house.

The new home hub has poor range, how can I improve it. I assume the tp link extender is now obsolete or can it be made to work with the BT home hub?

TIA

Re: homehub 5 signal range

the SH2 is the router BT issue for digital voice.  the hub 5 is an old version unless BT have a new router which never heard of yet

there are numerous posts on forum of how to use your current tplink in conjunction with BT hub
