if you have tried all the suggestions and none have solved the problem then phone CS (assuming you are still in contract) and ask for replacement as your HH5 is faulty 03301234150

Well I didn't download wifi analyser but that's because there are no other nearby routers as our nearest neighbour is about 100 metres away. I think I've tried everything else though.
