Accidently Ordered BT Sport Rolling Monthly Pass twice

I am a muppet... I wanted to get BT sport back so ordered the monthly pass on the web. 

 

I then realised that all I needed to do was add it to my sky package.  I then did add it to my sky package....Not realising I had now ordered it twice.....I now can't find any way to cancel the one i just signed up for on the web.  There is no option to cancel under mybt.   Can someone point me in the right direction as this is going to be a pretty expensive mistake.   I do want BT sport.... just not twice.
