Atmos not playing?

Hi, For quite a while my Youview Pro Box does not transmit Dolby Atmos on for the Sports Ultra channel but it does via the Discovery+ app on the same box? Very frustrating having to switch to the app and surely not what I'm paying for!

How are you setup with regards to your HDMI cables, as you really should be using cables that are HDMI 2.1 Spec, so it might just need you to purchase a newer cable.

Thanks for the reply. All cables are up to spec. It used to be working fine but now only through the Disco+ app - this app is via the BT Youview Pro box (not the TV app) so that proves the cabling works.
