Having been emailed a notice of a sharp increase from 23.99 to 29.99 I've decided to cancel. However I have no idea how as the there is nothing in my Bt to click on to cancel please can I have some advice on this.
Hi @stevecox78, sorry you're having trouble cancelling the Monthly Pass.
Do you have more than 1 BT account?
If you've more than 1 account please check you're using the correct BTID.
If you've more than 1 account on the same BTID check the drop down option beside your account number and change to the other account and see if that works.
