BT Monthly Pass Won't Activate

A few days ago I bought a monthly pass for BT Sport. It promised access between 15 minutes and an hour and yet days later I still can't access it. I have confirmation of payment, signing up and the money has already been taken from my account. I really want to watch the Heineken Champions cup this weekend so any help to get me access would be appreciated

@MrGreg2005 I'm sorry about that, what does the error message say when you try to log in to BT Sport?

@DarrenDev might be able to help get that sorted for you.
