Hello I have been charged twice for the BT sport pass

Sorry you've been charged for BT Sport twice. This may have been caused if you have more than one BT Sport Monthly Pass accounts. Or it could be that 2 payments have been collected close together if the payment for the previous month was not collected.
Check those scenarios out and let us know how you get on.

Hello thank you for the reply I don’t have 2 active subscriptions to BT sport, I also cancelled it for a month due to the World Cup going on and I restarted it 2 days ago
