I have recently got BT Sport via EE and I cannot login to the mobile app - I get an ID003 error. I can login to bt.com using these credentials.
I have spoken to both EE on the phone and they inform me that everything looks fine on the system. Any help gratefully received, hopefully before the game tonight. Cheers.

Logging into bt.com with the BT ID only proves that the username and password are OK - not that the subscription is available on it.
If you're seeing ID003 then it means your BT ID is OK, but there's no subscription found on it. If EE are saying that they've set the subscription on that BT ID then it hasn't worked - they need to remove it and then send it again. There's nothing we can do from this side to pull the subscription.
Thanks - I've just spoken with EE, and they have re-sent the link to activate BT Sport which I've completed. I still have the ID003 error. Is there some latency between EE setting the subscription, and this reaching BT?
It should normally have completed within a few minutes.
