I purchased BT sport this morning and I've had no email confirmation or record of this purchase in my account.

Are you able to confirm that you completed the set up of the BTID?
If so are you able to log in and watch BT Sport?

Having the same issue. Ordered at 10:30am. Money has been taken but i cannot login to watch and no way to get hold if anyone. I paid specifically for the 12:30 game. Ordered 2 hours in advance as says takes 15 mins til you can watch and i cannot. Phone lines on hold. Web chat on hold. Terrible customer service so far.

Hi John, I've got no record of this account anywhere. Can't log into sport. Contacted customer service on Saturday and they 'cancelled' the BT sport and refunded. I've just been charged £25 again!!
