BT Sport login

I have aBT ID name@name and when I try to login on the BT app on the Tv I am told that an invalid value presented

Could you please confirm the exact message that you're shown? I don't recognise "Invalid value presented" as an error that could be shown in either the BT TV or BT Sport apps.

When I attempt to log in to auth.bt.com in order to enter the code seen on Tv screen using my BT login I receive the message “an invalid value was presented for a property” which I assume is the@ symbol

Ah OK. At which stage do you see it?

On the first screen, it askes for your "Email or username".
On the second screen, it then asks for your password.
On the third, it asks for the code.

OK, I'm going to need to know what you're typing in then. The box is intended to accept an email address, so it won't be the @ causing the issue. I've tried everything I can think of and I can't get it to reject what I enter. I've tried the BT ID that you're logged into these forums with, and it works fine.

Could you please send me a DM with the value you're entering into the username field?
