BT Sport mobile app - how can I tell if I'm seeing BT Sport in HD?

Hi @DarrenDev   I feel that I've taken up too much of your time on this. But be assured that, after a few false starts in the first half (as shown in your logs) I watched almost the entire second half of the Liverpool Chelsea game, from my iPhone, without a break.  So approx 1340 to 1420 or so.

Anyway, if you find anything amiss with the apps, do please share.

Can you please confirm that your device operating system is up to date?
Tests so far confirm that the final version of iOS 16.2 works ok for us, but the earlier beta versions of iOS 16.2 behave exactly as your device appears to be.

Absolutely @DarrenDev  : iPhone (11 Pro, iOS 16.2) and iPad (5th generation, iPad OS 16.2).
