Hi All,
Since yesterday, the error code ID003 appears to be causing BT Sports not to work on our Xbox One, Smart TV and laptop.
This is despite the fact that we have an active BT Sports Monthly Pass subscription which is confirmed when I log into My BT.
Our Monthly Pass had been working fine since we began using it back in September 2022.
We have followed the instructions on bt.com/help/id003 and confirmed the account that we are logging into is the accont holder.
However, this problem is unfortunately still occuring.
Any advice would be much appreciated.

Thanks for taking the time to get in touch.
I am sorry that you can't access your BT Sport Monthly Pass at present.
Can you access it when you log in and watch any content here: https://www.bt.com/sport/watch
If it's not showing up there either then there will be an issue with your online account that we can sort for you.

I have tried the link you provided and logged into our account but unfortunately the same error is still occurring.

Hi @Mios, thanks for trying to log in via the web and confirming that also doesn't work for you.
If you're still unable to access the Monthly Pass for Sport I've sent you a Private Message so you can get in touch with the Mod team and we'll be happy to help you get this fixed.

Hi,
We have provided further information through private messages but not had any response since 19/07/2023.
Please advise if there were any updates with our query since we are still encountering the same error code (ID003).
Any further assistance that could get our BT Sports working today would be much appreciated, especially since there are WRC and UFC events taking place over the weekend.
