As part of signing up fror BT TV I had a mail saying the BT Sport Pack service stopping. I only had BT Sport on my BT Sim, so only on a mobile device and was part of the contract when I took out/renewed the contract
Having check all 5 sims the BT Sport has been removed, is this normal?
I infrequently use the BT Sport app but it's useful to watch the rugby sometimes.
Thanks for any advice
Solved! Go to Solution.
Definitely not normal, and there's no reason for it to happen.
You should be able to add it again yourself though: https://www.bt.com/products/mobile/about/bt-sport-on-mobile
Thanks Darren,
I've followed your link and added BT Sports Pack back at zero charge, as a consequence of that I now get the following service being stopped. My BT TV STB is due for delivery today so I haven't even started the yet!!
Thanks
Mick

Thanks Darren,
The BT TV box has arrived and I've set it up, I can't see anything labeled AMC on the Youview screen.
I'll await your next post.
Thanks
Mick
I can also confirm BT Sport is now back on Sim add-on section
Hi @mzm70
specifically about AMC
With BT TV AMC is a channel that would be in the Guide (EPG). Channel number 332 (SD) , 381 (HD) which typically broadcasts between 5pm thru to 5am.
There is on demand/catchup programming for AMC that is accessible within the BT TV App on the Box. This is normally listed when launching the BT TV App on its opening screen by navigating down to THE BEST OF AMC - EXCLUSIVE To TV ( navigate to the right and you will get a Show All option to list all the AMC content)
Thanks,
I went through various levels of BT support and now it's all working now, I can see it on the BT TV app an available on the Guide.
They said the offline team would sort it...and they did, well done BT
