I have bttv with sports. On champions League games you have the goal alerts. Now, when a goal alert comes up and to press green to go to game. When I do this it wants to take me to the HD channel that game is on. The trouble is I don't have hd. Any way to make it go to the SD version as useless otherwise ?
Sorry to hear that @gillyallan. This isn't normal behaviour, and not something we've heard reported before. I've raised a ticket with the dev team to investigate. I'll update when I know more. Sorry for the inconvenience.
I’m normally watching the match on Ch 465 and when I press green to go to see the goal alert it will take me to the correct game as I do have HD. However, when I press green to go back to the match that I was watching it takes me to Ch433. I don’t think that it used to do this.
Unfortunately this bug won't be fixed until February 2023 at the earliest, due to other major work currently happening on BT TV. Thanks for raising it @gillyallan, and apologies for the inconvenience.
