See I don’t have a button that says bt player on my remote. My box and remote are from 2015 and they say “youview”. There’s nothing that says bt player and I’ve never needed to access the apps. It’s probably there buried deep in a menu somewhere but it’s not in an obvious place.
I’m not home right now but I’ll have a better dig through the menus one more time before the fight. Failing that, I think I’ll try the bt player online and just watch it on my computer. I’m guessing that should be straightforward?
