Card declined when buying monthly pass

I have tried several times over the past few months to buy the BT Sport monthly pass, however each time I am unable to due to my card being declined.

I have tried both on my phone and laptop but to no avail. I have sufficient funds on my account also.

Is there any way to fix this? I’d really like to watch today’s North London derby and the Champions League!

Sorry you're having problems buying the monthly pass. The quickest way to sort that would be to contact our customer service guys on 0800 800 150. Let me know if that helps.
