I have activated my discovery plus account and have a TNT sport subscription, but discovery plus is asking me to upgrade my pass to view sport on the discovery plus app.
any help fixing this issue

Yes I activated signed up through the bt link. Made the discovery account with the same email as my bt account. But it doesn’t have any active subscriptions on the discovery app
I can’t recall the exact date but I did activate it. And no I haven’t used it till I tried today and it’s showing no subscriptions

We've had discovery+ basic bundled with our TV package for some time now.
Occasionally, maybe every month or so, it would ask us to activate it again when loading the app.
This time, it does that then after scanning the QR code, I just get directed to the BT site to "upgrade" to the sports package.
No Idea what's going on and caught in a loop. Can you advise please?
