Hi guys, hope all is well?
Having a slight issue with my EE Bt sport application on my Samsung TV, the app on my iOS devices work fine but does not work on my tv via the app. I have searched the bt community and seen other users with similar problems but I didn’t get any option to DM an expert and was hoping if someone can help me here? Just to confirm it does state on ee that it will work on applications on all devices.

Have you paid extra for big screen access?
If you're running on the bundled version, I believe by default it's small screen access only and you have to pay extra for the full, big screen access...
If they included this in your package, it probably hasn't been ordered properly and as far understand, they have to do something at their end.
It's all a bit silly because they're part of BT but run as a separate company (for now anyway) within BT Group...
I think the BT Sport app is now carrying EE promotional branding... Ie sponsorship...
@NigelB72 I think so too when I had BT before with my tv package there was no EE branding at all, still on hold with EE hopefully I can get this resolved today.
@DarrenDev I think it’s a good thing them merging, hopefully they can sort my issue out asap 😄 I find it strange them saying it will work on all devices but somewhat doesn’t work on my tv app.
The standard EE subscription to BT Sport only allows you to watch the standard channels on mobile devices only. There's then the Large Screen subscription that adds the ability to watch the standard channels on large screen apps. There's also the Ultimate subscription which allows BT Sport Ultimate access on mobile devices. If you want to watch BT Sport Ultimate on large screen devices, you need BOTH the Large Screen and Ultimate subscriptions added.
