EE TV / TNT sports

Go to solution

I currently receive TNT sports free with my broadband package. I'm currently thinking of upgrading to EE tv however when processing the order it asks if I want to sign up to TNT for £20 or cancel my subscription! Does this mean that I cannot get EE tv without losing my free TNT subscription?

Many thanks

Steve

The free sport with BT Broadband stopped being offered many many many years ago - it remains on accounts until the next change, at which point it is removed.
So yes, I'm afraid you will lose your free access to sport if you make any change to your contract (including adding EE TV).

Thanks for quick response! Any ideas when the next change might happen?

When I say "next change", I mean when you make any change to your contract, however I've just taken a look at your account and you've made a few changes in the last few years - any one of these should have cancelled your free sport. You're only still receiving it as a result of a fault. Ordering EE TV may remove it, or it may not - it's anyone's guess.
