Extra sport channel I'm entitled to not showing.

I switched from virgin media to EE/BT today and I was told I'd have all my previous extras but I can't seem to find my LFCTV channel which I'm entitled too. I just wondered if anyone knew where I'm going wrong or if I don't have it still.

This is not a channel which comes with either of the sports packages sadly.
The TV box Pro or mini also cannot download any external apps either

As @Manatarms84  mentions LFC TV is not a channel that EETV has on any of its subscription packages. Were you specifically advised that it would be and by whom ?  Also have you BT or EE Broadband now ?

Yes, I have broadband with BT now. The person that advised me to switch provider told me I'd get all of the usual stuff I already have with VM on BT, but so far I wouldn't say it was worth it. I'm also unhappy that I don't seem to have access to Sky Sports which I also had on VM before too. I only have access to TNT Sports and discovery +.

Sky sports is an add on and not part of a free package as is LFCTV - never been free

@SpaceAG If you want sky sports and TNT sports, you need to get the 'big sports' package.

Give BT a call and say you were incorrectly advised and see what they can do to assist you.
