How can I cancel EE/BT Discovery+ TNT sport?

Been trying to cancel Discovery +TNT sport for hours. Tried Discover site but it says I can only change it on EE/BT. Where can I find the cancel button for Discovery+ TNT sport on BT? Have tried My BT but no success, going round in circles. Certainly won’t be recommending TNT sport on BT to anyone.

You can only cancel the TNT sports via your MyBT if you have a Monthly Pass.
