I want to cancel my BT Sport Monthly Pass so I am not charged again but there is no way to do it in this website, please help me.

Hi @ic240669, sorry you're having trouble cancelling the Sport Monthly pass. When you're logged into your MyBT account you should see the option to ‘Cancel subscription’. When you cancel, you can carry on watching BT Sport until your 30-day viewing period expires.
If it's not showing when you log in please let me know and we'll be happy to help you cancel the subscription.

Thanks for your reply.
I can't see see the option to ‘Cancel subscription’ in MyBT, or anywhere else, and I have tried it with 3 different browsers.
Please go ahead and cancel my subscription to the Sport Monthly pass, so it definitely expires at the end of the month I already paid and I am not charged again.
Also, please confirm by email that my subscription has been cancelled.
