I need help canceling my BT sport subscription

When I go in to my BT to cancel my BT sport subscription I keep getting a error message

Are you trying to cancel your BT Sport Monthly Pass subscription or are you trying to cancel your BT Sport subscription through BT TV or another device?

I got Bt sport as a former BT colleague. I can't find the option to unsubscribe.
