I need to delete an old BT sport account.

I have an old BT Sport account. I now have anew Broadband account which I want to upgrade. When I try to order upgrade it defaults to the old sport account and says can't be done. Can the old account be deleted?

if the account hasn’t been closed down then you’ll need to contact BT to get this closed down, they can also make all the necessary changes on the new account as well.

unfortunately this cannot be closed by yourself.
