Hi, I am getting an error on BT sport app ( ID003 ) but confirmed account I have account with BT consumer - tried all help options (linking BT ID etc.) to no avail - please help

Edit: I can see you're an employee with a very old account. They used to be processed manually, which is why yours is in such a messy state. I'll get that sorted.
