I'm a new EE customer and signed up for BTSport on the Season deal. The set up process seemed to go well and I have BTSport showing as active on my EE account, and the BT app appears to work fine. But I get the ID003 error telling me I don't have a subscription to BTSport. Any help appreciated.

Unfortunately it's not something we can fix from this side - you need to contact EE and ask them to send the subscription to us again.
We're hoping to improve the process to make it more reliable, but for now, calling EE is the only option.
