Bought monthly pass yesterday. Payment out. On iOS iPhone 13. App is up to date. Able to log into the website ok. iOS bt app opens but rejects the log in with this error.
Was on with online support for over an hour yesterday evening to try and resolve this error. He reset the bt id and we reinstalled the app. Same error. Waited overnight and same error again today.

I am sorry that it hasn't been working on the app although it is working on our web site. There was an issue earlier that caused problems with our app. It's being worked on. Is it working for you now?

Still the same issue and error

You should be able to use the app now along with the online player from our web site. Any issues, uninstall and reinstall the app.
