Monthly Pass Purchase Problem

Been trying to purchase a monthly sports pass 4 or 5 times now and every time I get to put in my card details then get a link to confirm with my banking app, once I've confirmed that it takes me back to step 4 again asking for payment again! Tried speaking to the help line who said it is an online only thing which is not a lot of help! All I want to do is watch the football

Having very similar issue, it won't accept my card payment. So stupid.

@Mark1991 we're struggling to reproduce this issue, but we know a few people are experiencing it.  If you're still seeing it, we'd really appreciate if you could send us screenshots of each screen of the process.  You can email them to [email protected]

Same goes for anyone else who's having issues buying or resuming a monthly pass - screenshots of every stage would really be appreciated.
